SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  1. When we receive your payment (checks and wires must be initiated/sent by you).

    • Please note that you will receive a Paid email once your payment is received.

  2. Holding period after cleared payment.

    • Depending on your payment method, we will hold the order once payment is received and cleared. The hold periods by payment method are listed in checkout and in your confirmation email.   Paper checks take the longest and are held up to five business days after payment clears.

  3. Shipping method and transit time.

    • UPS is the fastest and most reliable method of shipping. This method must be requested PRIOR to placing order so we can arrange specification for delivery. These are usually delivered in 2-4 business days once in transit.

    • USPS can be less consistent in both transit time and tracking accuracy.

    • Please account for any US or Canada holidays (as applicable) as these may affect shipping and delivery timeframes. 

    • Due to international customs and shipping regulations please allow an extra 3-5 days shipping for ALL Non-US residents (plus processing time)

    • If for any reason there is a shipping delay or a product is in short supply Aspire Silver Co. will update the customer shortly after an order is placed (if not noted prior to sale). If a product is expected to be delayed in excess of 10 days passed above mentioned time frames; you are entitled to an optional site credit for the FULL amount of your purchase. (Please contact us if you have any questions, problems or concerns regarding the timeframe and/or shipping of your item)

  4. Free Shipping / Shipping Promotions:ā€‹ā€‹ Free shipping is standard for ALL orders OVER $250 USD before taxes. This does not apply to gift card purchases ($3.00 fee per card). During both promotional shipping and regular free shipping applications - only standard mail qualifies for the free shipping.  Please account for processing time for each order prior to placing order in accordance to shipping times. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Though unlikely, if your order is damaged during transit and/or any items are missing we require you to contact Aspire Silver Co. immediately so we can begin the claims process. If you have taken possession of a shipment that is damaged and/or is missing items, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to contact us as stated in our Terms and Conditions. All items are inspected prior to shipping and photos are taken of every item as they are placed into shipping containers to ensure clients receive exactly what they purchased.

All packages shipped by Aspire Silver Co. are covered by insurance provided by the shipping company and is subject to certain conditions.  In the unlikely event that your order is Lost in Transit, you need to contact us immediately.   Lost in Transit is defined for the USPS as tracking not having updated in 5 or more calendar days.  For UPS, it is 3 calendar days.  You must contact us within 7 days since last tracking for USPS and 3 days since last tracking for UPS.  If you do not contact us by these timeframes, insurance will not cover the package.
